The ‘Candidate List’ according to Article 59 of the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH) has been published. This information complies with the obligations of Article 33(1) REACH. In accordance with European legislation all chemical substances will be controlled for risk and safe use. Substances used in preparations and articles must be pre-registered. All suppliers to Alkor Draka have already pre-registered all the substances we buy from them. The registration is done by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency), for more information about ECHA we advise you to visit the website: http://echa.europa.eu, there you will also find the official ‘Candidate List’. The substances on this list require authorisation. Authorisation determines if those substances may be used in the future. Current knowledge available to us on the presence of substances included in the ‘Candidate List’ above a concentration of 0,1% weight by weight in our Collection items in the ranges CLEAR, UNI COLOR, HOTCLUB, STUDIO X, FLOXYL, and XOUSMAIN is as follows: these contain di-ethyl-hexyl phtalaat (DEHP) with Cas. Nr. 117-81-7) plasticizer. In order to obtain more information on DEHP, we advise you to visit the website www.dehp-facts.com. Our products Clear Forta, Astra, Luna, and Luxyl contain no known substances on the ‘Candidate List’ at concentrations greater than 0,1 % weight by weight.
